its kind of fun walking with my mom, she didn't want to be left at home, so after our long journey from home to the airport, took a flight in 55 minutes i think, and drove to Kak Reha's house, my mom agreed to have a dinner outside and walked a little around.
actually, the worst one was its not a little walk you do after dinner or something, we walked along a river, around an hour and 45 minutes i think, watching this, talking that and all, took photos, sightseeing to be exact.
and we went to Sariken the next day, at 6.45 in the morning, and had our breakfast with a little bit unique foods. i think everyone knows what bakso is, isn't it?
its kind of a mee soup with meat balls, and it is seriously tasty. but the bakso that my mom ordered using kue tiaw as mee, and had spinach in it, and the soup was white. if you know what bakso is, you'll know that the soup is seasoned by sauce(kicap in malay).
you dont really have to imagine either the bakso my mom ordered tasty or not. its tasteless.! and mee goreng that i ordered just like mee goreng that i have at primary school. oh please....!
we walked there, shopping. Sariken is the place where people can buy indonesia's goods more cheaper than any place, and we spent a day there. felt like my legs have been possessed by somebody else, it hurts i can even imagine how it felt until now..
the next day, we'd went hunting for baskets made by a rattan, and its pretty. and searched for kek lapis, tasted so many types of kek lapis and oh,.... i need mineral water. its so sweet!
my mom and hajah next door seriously too happy and satisfied with this little trip kakak and i made for them, so it was worth for...
it is kuching's trademark, and to went there, we took 1hour and 45 minutes walked along a river.. huuuhhh...
and shes not my mom..
